Agreement To Terms
These Terms Of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Internet Fight League ("IFL," "we," "us," or "our"), a KAYYO production owned by Power Punch Technologies Inc., including the website, mobile app, live features, community features, events, and related services.
By using IFL, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use IFL.
Eligibility And Accounts
You must be legally able to use IFL and comply with these Terms. You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
Community And Safety Rules
IFL includes user-generated content, live video, chat, competitive features, and social interaction. To keep the arena safe and usable, you agree that you will not:
- harass, threaten, bully, stalk, intimidate, exploit, or abuse another person;
- promote hate, violence, terrorism, self-harm, sexual exploitation, or illegal activity;
- share graphic, dangerous, deceptive, or unlawful content;
- post private information about others, including exact locations, contact details, or bout logistics without permission;
- impersonate others, misrepresent affiliations, manipulate rankings, or interfere with fair competition;
- spam, scam, phish, scrape, automate abuse, or disrupt the service;
- use IFL to coordinate real-world violence, unsafe conduct, or illegal fights;
- evade bans, moderation actions, blocks, or safety restrictions.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, ban users, preserve records, or contact appropriate authorities when we believe it is necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
User Content
You are responsible for content you submit, stream, upload, post, or share on IFL. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant IFL, KAYYO, and Power Punch Technologies Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, moderate, and use your content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to share your content and that your content does not violate these Terms, the rights of others, or applicable law.
Live Video, Chat, And Public Features
Live streams, chats, comments, rankings, profiles, and event participation may be public or visible to other users. Do not share anything you are not comfortable making public. Other users may view, save, share, report, or record public activity.
Reports, Blocks, And Moderation
You may report users or content and use block tools where available. We may review reports, content, live video, chat, account activity, and related information to enforce these Terms. We are not obligated to monitor all activity, but we may act at our discretion.
Safety And Legal Disclaimer
IFL is an online sports, entertainment, and community platform. You are responsible for your own conduct, safety, and compliance with law. IFL does not authorize illegal fights, unsafe conduct, harassment, threats, or real-world violence. Do not attempt dangerous activity because of anything seen on IFL.
Location And Event Logistics
Approximate public location may be used for discovery, rankings, and event context. Exact bout logistics or private coordination details must not be shared publicly without permission. We may limit or remove location-related content to protect privacy and safety.
HYPE And Monetization
HYPE and related monetization features are not part of the v1 public release unless and until we expressly launch them. Do not rely on any unsupported reward, token, payout, or monetization claim.
Intellectual Property
IFL, Internet Fight League, KAYYO, and related logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and materials are owned by Power Punch Technologies Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.
Prohibited Technical Conduct
You may not interfere with IFL, bypass security, access non-public systems, upload malware, scrape without permission, overload infrastructure, or use bots or automation in ways that harm the service or other users.
Account Suspension And Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to IFL at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, harmed users, or exposed IFL or others to liability. You may stop using IFL at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support.
Disclaimers
IFL is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific results, safety outcomes, rankings, availability of features, or that content will always remain available.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Power Punch Technologies Inc., KAYYO, and IFL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use IFL.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of IFL after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
